I think i recieved my first symptoms returning back from a trip to Pakastan and having a parasite, does anyone know if these parasite cleanse things are safe?

I would talk to your MD & LLMD to be safe.

I tried PC and got terrible stomach cramps & diarreah.

the herbal parasite cleansers work mostly directly in the intestinal tract and dont go systemic .
it fully depends on what parasite that you have to determine what remedy you are to be on.
I would definitely have a parasite test done through your doctors office to pin down what form of parasite you have to determine what treatment is appropriate

How does your dr test for parasites? Can it be done through a regular dr?
