Does anyone have a copy of this? I'm trying to educate my Neuro so that he gives me a referal to a LLMD. I went to ILADS.org but couldn't find it. Thanks!

I think this is what your looking for:

National clearing house Guidelines 2004. These are peer-reviewed. http://www.guideline.gov/summary/summary.aspx?ss=15&doc_id=4836&nbr=3481

Dr. JJB Jr. Guidelines 2002 http://www.ilads.org/burrascano_1102.htm

They differ slightly. At the conference this weekend, Dr. JJB Jr. said he was going to update the 2002 Guidelines this fall.

hope this helps,
robi
