A simple question really, some here say that without herxes, they won't get well.

But are there people who have gotten well without herxing?

And can you just get better and better? Or if you are not herxing, then you won't get anywhere?

Supposedly there ARE people who never herxed, but got better and better. I personally hate those type....

I am one of those people, ha ha!

I do not get really worse by antibiotics, nothing that matches most lymenetters' description of a herx. I do feel a bit worse on abx and usually not untill i go off abx for a few weeks, i notice that the abx have actually helped a bit in getting me better. It goes very slowly, have done 8 months of abx with 2 months break included, so in total about 6 months. I'd say that i got 10% better...

In an early stage for sure you may recover without herxes.

In other cases of long-timers, perhaps if there is an anomaly and the bakteria doesn't contain and doesn't deposit toxin in forms of cysts.
