Hi. I am in need of many supps - Probiotics, Magnesium, Niacin, Vitamin E, Vitamin C, Raw Adrenals and DHEA, to name a few. My multi doesn't give me enough of the ones that would be in a multi and I've been told by Dr. Crist that I need to amp. up!
Can anyone recommend trusted brands at cheapest prices for supps such as these? And/or a good [cheap] web site source. I wind up paying megabucks at my local health food store.
Oh, and do you know if Magnesium Citrate or Magnesium Glycinate is the way to go? I take Citrate but a friend takes Glycinate. I am not savvy to supps yet.
Oh, and does anyone follow the Salt/C protocol?
Thanks in advance!

iherb.com is my personal favorite source for almost all my supplement needs. They have a large selection for all products. I don't pay attention to name brand so I just get what I can afford. Shipping is free for orders over $20 and you also get a 6% discount for any online shopping or 10% off for orders over $60.
