If the Justice Department can sue the tobacco industry for conspiring to hide from the public the damage of cigarette smoking...

then...

Why can't the Justice department sue the pharmacuitical comapnies for hiding the damage of lyme to the public?

Anyone know someone in the Justice Department? What about the ACLU?

the pharmaceutical companies aren't the ones to solely blame, it's the fault of the CDC and insurance companies (they are in bed together)! If you go after them, you better have some big guns!
