What drugs are you currently on? Don't be shy. Tell it all. Even the one some friends and family "might not think well of".
I'll go first and this doesn't even include all the things different doctors have had me try. Feel free to list those too.

Currently: strattera (used for add, adhd, on it forbrain fog)
sythroid (hasimotos hypothyroidism)
cymbatla (antidepressant)
xanex (anxiety,muscle spasm)
dalmane (sleep)
vicodin (extreme pain,energy)

That's my current cocktail. In the past there has been plenty of other things-including antifatigue, antibiotics, fake hormones, supplements... ~jackie

Codeine (when the rib pain gets unbearable)

I'm not on Lyme treatment right now because my jerk of an insurance company is putting up a fight about the IV Clindamycin my LLMD ordered. Anyway, without any antibiotics I'm on:

Neurontin (at night to help with sleep)
Armour Thyroid (Hashimoto's - believe it's Lyme induced)
Zantac (morning and night - GI problems from so many years of antibiotics)
Maxalt (for Lyme migraines as needed)
Phenergan (for nausea as needed)
Zofran (for nausea as needed)
Liter of IV saline every day (for dysautonomia - Lyme induced)

Supplements:
B6 (twice a day - for hypoglycemia and general Lyme stuff)
Pantothenic Acid (twice a day - same as B6)
Melatonin (at night for sleep)
Acidophilus (once a day)

I think that's it. I also take over the counter Motrin as needed for joint and muscle pain.

I'm not on treatment so...
Soma(carasopridol) at 9pm to take the edge off.
300mg nuerontin &
xanax at bedtime
6-8 acidophilus + fos

Occasional advil liquid gel for cramps and stuff, maybe a few a month.

I found that pain meds don't work on me and make me really hyper, so really bother.

Xanax is my all time favorite and I feel great on it. Unfortunately, the doc won't let me be on them all the time. It's the only thing that stops pain enoguh so i can stay still and get some sleep and she doesn't want it to lose all effectiveness. I'm on a high enough dosage as is.

I'd be so much happier being on them 4 times a day. I was years ago when taking zoloft. It was all that was keeping me from being Richocet Rabbit.

Once my dosage of the zoloft was up high enough I weaned myself off them with no problems. 1/2 a mg every 3 days just like you're supposed to. They agree with me.

This is copied from another post:

I can't tell you what will work for you, only what seems to be helping me so far. Remember, not only am I not a doctor, but I chose this regimen with full knowledge that it could have negative side effects. You should not feel encouraged to pursue this regimen in any way, as it is for educational purposes only.

I've been on it three months, and now exercise almost every day and work a challenging full-time job. The Lyme and babesia symptoms are still mildly present every day, and flare once a month. My adrenaline and cortisol levels have dropped so far from where they were, I have to relearn how to get energy and stay motivated.

This regimen is for Lyme, babesia, and systemic inflammation.

Omnicef 300mg/2x day
Ketek 400mg/2x day
Mepron 2 teaspoons/2x day
Artemisinin 100mg/3x day

For inflammation:

Celebrex: at your own risk
Bromelain: recommended by many Lymenet members
Theanine: active ingredient in green tea, recommended by many Lymenet members

For yeast:

Nystatin 3x day
Coptis extract 2x day (the active ingredient, berberine, is also found in grapefruit seed extract and, in smaller amounts, goldenseal extract)

I've also experienced great improvement from bartonella by taking rifampin, but cannot recommend it with this regimen.

I just want to put in my 2 cents again. You can throw it back out if you want.

Xanax is soooooooo much more addictive and problematic than valium. Valium got a bad rep decades ago, but people that work with drug abusers say that xanax is one of the worst script drugs out there. My friend who works at the jail/detox says that the WORST detox she ever saw was someone coming off xanax.

I beleive her, I had to come off it once and it was almost as hard as quitting smoking was, but MUCH worse as far as physical symptoms!

Please do your own research. I have seen many folks get addicted to xanax and not be able to have "normal" lives after prolonged use.

Thanks for your time!
Trails
