Anyone have any info on these programs or recommendations (usually fasting, colonics, etc)?

Thanks,

Eyal

Eyal, here is my experience on the subjects you bought up. I am totally well and have been for a few years now.

I had the same questions from my doctor.

Fasting is totally out and not a good idea with Lyme Disease and all that goes with it.

Colonic is one of the best things you can do. I did many early on, one a week for a few times, then spread further apart.

It is of utmost importance to clean out the colon. Enemas do not go high enough and do not clean out the whole system. Better than nothing.

Another very good aid is lymph drainage.

You will not regret it. Try to find a licensed colon therapist - there are good ones and not so good ones.

Good luck.
