So often my joints 'click' It will be my wrists, ankles, knees, neck...why is that? What is happening and is there anything that I can do?

I just wanted to say that I get this a lot too. Sometimes it seems like it's every joint in my body! I don't know what causes it either but I know that since I started taking my magnesium supplement, it has diminished.

Hi there Crazychris!

Welcome to the Snap, Crackle, & Pop club!

This is quite common with TBDs...and yes, I know it is annoying and downright painful at times!

Yes, there is something you can do...continue with treatment, and it will subside as you begin to get better.

Other suggestions would be to increase your intake of MSM, good quality oils, and vitamin E. The idea here is to lube those joints.

Thanks! I had been vigilantly taking my magnesium and had stopped, and when I stopped - the clicking was CRAZY - Thanks for poking that memory!

Hi Crazy
The cracking is really scary--I take
glucosimine sulfate--magneisium

After being on Abx for about 1 yr-
Cracking has mostly gone away-Jay---
