My test results are a WB by lab corp (I now know they are crapola)on 9/04 showed an IgM #23 positive.

Redone again (LabCorp)in 3/05 showed IgM #41 positive.

By the way, no longer with that doctor who called people like me a "Zebra". She stated I have a lot of funny symptoms, and would not consider LD because I had no fever or rash.

I even described a major reaction (herx?)taking Ampicillian 500 mg every 6 hrs. for a week.

I felt sick for 3 weeks after taking that, having sweats for 2 weeks.

What happens if you got bit on the head? How would I know I had a rash? She had no answer.

On 5/05 WB test by MDL lab IgM no bands present and IgG #41 & #66 bands are present.

All coinfection testing by MDL came back neg.

Parvovirus B-19 IgG positive if >1.1
my result 5.3 WHAT PART DOES THIS PLAY IN THE LYME EQUATION?

EBV EARLY ANTIGEN Ab -Positive
EBV Ab VCA IgG >170 positive if over 19

The above test were run by another doc who was willing but not a LLMD and is not sure how to treat.

Yes, I have gotten names of some LLMD's from this very, very helpful board and have appt. in a few months.

Smells like lyme, walks like lyme, always lyme???

Thanks, Teddi

23 is one of the Lyme specific bands.

Many Lymies do not recall a rash or tick bite. Many do not have a fever.

Lyme suppresses the immune system and previous infections, like eb, mono or herpes , may no longer be held in check by your immune system.

good symptom checklist go to www.canlyme.com click on symtoms

Call LLMDs again- maybe they have a cancellation.

Janet,

Thanks for the reply, never thought of the LD suppressing the immune system angle.

I am on the cancelation list for the LLMD.

By the way when i did ask the doc what did it mean that #23 band did show up she replied 'I have no idea'. Amazing!

Thanks so much, Teddi
