Hello, I am taking a quick break from my stress. Actually, I lived in the puget sound area of Washington. I poured a lot of salt to get rid of the snails/slugs, Yuck!! I don't know if it will help you, but I would invest in the Light buls that counter cases of depression. Since we moved to Cali I haven't used them and forgot the name, but they do seem to alleviate the winter blues. That method, and taking a few drives back to the sun every year. We just returned from a trip up north and it was not as bad as one would guess. Good luck and keep me informed about your adjustment. Safe move!!!!

If you live in Wa or Oregon, I need some pointers on the big issue about moving up there:...you guessed it....drizzle and clouds non stop.
Husband may have decent job offer up there and I know a couple extended family (very supportive) up there (works for Starbucks)

I love the summer there and we went for honeymoon in late Oct to Seattle and Victoria and it was nice the whole week...then it rained.

In winter, can you go Skiing where there is a little more sun? What do you do to cope with lack of sunlight????

Also, there are no LLMDs there and they don't understand lyme there as far as I know (could be wrong on this)
But my doctor does phone consults so I'm ok on that.
Any advice would help! Thanks!!!
