I am looking for some suggestions for natural anti-fungals. I tend not to do well with herbs, but I can drink Pau D'arco tea, so I am open to what has worked for others.
Thanks in advance.

There are some antifungal stuff that I can't take either.
I do take Caprylic acid, between 6000mg and 8000mg a day. (or night) It will cause some nausia if you have a bad yeast problem. I have always taken it at night before I go to bed to prevent that.

I assume you mean for oral use? I manage yeast by keeping my ph alkaline. I do this with lots of green vegtable and lemon juice in my water.( and very limited sugar intake) I would imagine ph balance would work for other fungals.

My husband and I have had great success with:
Perfect Food Super Greens from Garden of Life Cost: $31.47
Garlinase 4000 from Enzymatic Therapy Cost $25.00
Liquid Grapefruit Seed Extract About 6 drops in a glass of water, once a day, or more, if thrush on the tongue gets out of hand. I use Nutribiotic GSE, but I think any brand will do.
We also sprinkle unsweetened coconut on our morning cereal, which is where they get Caprylic acid.
You can get all of these at health food stores.
