My husband and I periodically use ReishiMax to help boost our immune system. It's fairly expensive if you buy it at retail, but Pharmanex is having a rare "buy one, get the second one for $5" sale. According to Dr. Burrascano: "This enhanced extract from cracked spores of the reishi mushroom has been shown in clinical studies to augment function of the Natural Killer Cells and macrophages. I haven't read the research on ReishiMax but will look into it. AHCC has extensive research behind it regarding NK cell increases.
