As a spouse who has sat by while her husband has suffered for far too long with Lyme disease, I have finally decided to try to raise some awareness. As many of you know, Lyme takes a great financial toll on a family, so I haven't had the funds to do all that I would like. BUT I have come up with an idea and have listed an auction on ebay. The purpose is two-fold: One to raise awareness, and two, to possibly raise some money that can then be donated to the cause. What I'm asking of you is to please, click on this ebay link http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=5595831528 and, simply click to watch this auction. I'm not asking anyone to bid, just to watch, because if there are enough watchers, it will make the pulse page, then the auction will be seen by millions! Please help me out if you can, and hopefully this will lead to something bigger. Thanks - I can't stand not being able to help : (

Hi Lymetoo thanks for the bump! I'm ebay addicted and thought this would be a great way to give LD some exposure! So far 11 watchers - not bad for the first day!
mlkeen - where did you get your Lyme bracelet - I haven't seen any.
Thanks for the support and any and all watchers would be appreciated !!

For all you ebay neophytes, here's what you do: If you click the link in the above posting, that will take you to the auction page. Once there, all you need to do is click on the monkey. That will take you to a sign-in page. If you are not a member of ebay, you will have the option (on the left hand side) to watch the auction as a guest. If you click this link, the auction will be added to the watch list!
If you are a memeber, you can log in as usual and then the item will be put on your list.
Thanks

I am in the process of nominating a lyme family for that home make over show. they get lots and lots of entries but I thin this family has a story that might be interesting and wouldn't it be a great way to make people more aware of lyme.

Thanks . . . did you see any of the other lyme awareness shirts? There were logo's like "Ticked off at lyme" and other catchy ones.
