Eat your fruits and veggies--and avoid the bread and sugar.

I have gone three days with no flour or sugar.

I have had popcorn and oats (Bare Naked) yum--gotta be a "no no" since it taste so good.

Going to Moe's for lunch to have a Naked Lindy.

Be good!

Thanks Linda, I thought that would be the answer. I was hoping for beer and pizza. I guess better look for healthy first.

Nope, no beer and pizza!

Follow the glycemic index for the safest foods. No starches...potatoes, bread, pasta, white rice. No fruit. [darn it!] Granny Smith apples are OK in moderation.

Some people mis-understand and think the lyme/abx diet is like the Atkins diet. Don't replace the carbs/sugar with protien, but more veggies, especially green. They make the body more alkaline and better able to heal itself. Animal protien makes the body acidic and has to be balanced with lots of veggies for a balanced ph.
