I think i'm pretty toxic in a herz feel terrible want to try the epsom salt bath is it really 4 pounds 1 full bag? Thanks,

I don't know but I am on my way to the store to get some epsom salts to see if it helps.

I have tried it in the past and it does help if I keep up with it routinely. I vary the amount of epsom salts in the bath.

Since it has been awhile. I will put lots in today if I make it to the store. It is 107 out so we shall see if I am able to get there.

my holistic doc says cup of epsom salts, some baking soda and hydrogen peroxide in bath and saok for 20 minutes. I also wipe down with hydrogen peroxide and then rinse under shower.

sauna helps to sweat out toxins also

I read somewhere, possibly in a e-mail or maybe it was here, that you add a little at a time. You probably already took your bath by now though. If you did, how was it?

I'll look to see if I can find the info on baths and I'll get back to you.

Yes i used about three cups of epsom salts i did not have any baking soda

it was ok i guess i'm still huge and hurt all over only now i have headache too

Ok i'll quite complaining i know it will get better just need to find a way to get these DEAD bugs out of my body.

Mimi, I've always used 2 cups of epsom salt three times a week. Make sure you drink a glass of water before and glass after.

I've also done detox baths with baking soda & peroxide sometimes. Didn't notice any difference.

I've been wondering how it was going with you doing abx & rife. Sounds like you are very toxic. Please try my distilled water idea. Really really helps detox. Gallon or more a day.

Sorry to hear that you are feeling so badly. I can relate and it is just horrible.

I'm sure you have the recipe for the epson salt bath by now. Have you tried Podi patches yet to detox. I think they really work!

Hi Mimi,

The Alt. Clinic I went to in Reno stressed detoxing in a bath with 4 cups (1/2 Jug) of APPLE CIDER VINEGAR in the water--My joints were singin'! )

Hi all
the detox bath stuff that I have
used and that works Very well is
from a company named
Para Labitatorys--they make
a product called --Batherapy--

It comes in powder and liquid
form--I have used in many times--
It has a large amuont of Eucalyptus
in it --It really penatrates the
skin and draws out the bad stuff.
It is green in color--

It is kind of expensive
around $4 a pound--

You are to mix a cup or 2
in a very Hot bath and soak
in it for as long as possiable--
It works Very Well--
the eucalyptus Really penitrates
the skin and pulls the bad stuff
out

To make it go farther
I mix the powder with some
water and rub onto skin--

Leave on skin for 30 minutes or so.
Make sure to get under arms-
feet-neck ect well--

Take hot bath or shower--

You will be supprised how clean
your skin feels after use--
The Batherapy comes in powder
and liquid form--I have not
used the liquid form so I
can not say if it works as
good as the powder form--Jay--

Ps store in glass jar with a
good lid-- Eucalyptus goes
right threw plastic container
