Several times when I got up from a sittign position, all my joints "sounded-off," "popped-off" almost like a pack of muffled fire crackers.

Its called crepitation.

Could hear my son walking down the hallway, cracking and creaking. Eventually, the abx clears it up.

Hi Linliz
I had the Cracking Joints for many years-
It was my worst symptom--
I took glucosimine sulfate and it helped
very much-2000mg a day--
It is not a pain killer-
It rebuilds cardtlidge
Dont get the kind that says HCL on label
it is not as good--

MSM also helps--and some say it works
as well as glucosimine sulfate--

Magnesium also seams to help with
miscle pain--

After about 15 months on ABX--(Doxi)
my joint pain is about 85% gone--

Hang in there--You are not alone--
--Jay--

thanks for your responses and that I am not alone in this.
Still feeling real sick today and so TOXIC!!!

The bone stuff is just hell! My bones swell up like crazy and crack and carck non-stop. A year of abx and still creak crack...Worst thing is my facial bone swelling, then it's more psychological type suffering cause I have to leave the house with a face 10 to the power of a gazillion times bigger..

again thanx for the responses

I just tell my friends "hey, look what I can do," and then crack my neck or my knee....

Hey, hope you feel better!

I do that too and feak everyone out!
I thought it would always be pretty funny if I'd get into a fight with someone and go" hold on " and then crack my whole neck and be like bring it on.

Heehee, me too!

I'm very crackly. I'm constantly adjusting things because they hurt. I'm not much good at sitting still; I've taken fidgeting to an art form. I'm really fun to go to a movie with.
