I dont know why I am bothering to go, but I am going to the dr today. Im having bad chills again and an off and on fever of around 99.0. This has been going on for about 2 1/2 weeks now. Is this normal with Lyme? I have absolutely no energy either. Blah!

Well, i just got back a couple hours ago. He has no explanation for the low fever and chills (surprise right?) but is ordering up an abdominal CT and sending me to the GYN clinic. He's thinking outside the box when it comes to my abdominal pain/burning pain and wants me checked out for endometriosis??
My celiac profile came back normal-no surprise there either. At least he is trying.
BTW, I feel like I have a fever today (yucky) but my temp was normal. How can that be??

afternoon fever, chills , malaise sounds more like coinfections ...either babs or bartonella to me...

I do have bartonella (tested positive anyway). I do see an LLMD. Unfortunately he is out of the country (in Russia) until the middle of the month.

Yup, sounds like co-infections to me too. But, you already know that. Are you taking your medications? Sometimes the meds can cause you to have a symptom flare. I think this is normal. It happens to me.
