Plaquenil definitely reduced my arthritic symptoms in my hands and fingers. If I stop taking it, inflammation, stiffness and pain returns within 48 hours.

I'm on plaquenil & biaxin so I don't know which one is helping or if it is both.

My brain fog is dramatically improves, energy level higher, light sensitivity imroving...

It has been a great combo for me; very effective with few side effects.
