I'm going to list what I am taking and what times. I'm just not sure about the probiotic and nystatin times. Any opinions would be greatly appreciated.

If I remember or have time upon waking I take 2 probiotic capsules along with 400mg of Ibuprofen.

Breakfast:
Multivitamin
Ceftin 500mg
Nystatin pill (2)

2hours later:
Minocycline 100mg

Lunch:
Nystatin (2)
probiotic capsules (2)If I remember
Vitamin C 3000mg

Supper:
Ceftin 500mg
Probiotic capsules(2)If I remember
Multivitamin
Nystatin pills (2)

2hours after supper:
Minocycline 100mg

Bedtime:
B-Complex
Magnesium Glycinate 800mg
Ibuprofen 400mg

Does this sound right?? Does anyone have any better ideas for effectiveness?

I am just not used to all of this but I do want to get better.

I don't really know about the rest but I know you need to take anti fungals and probiotics at least two hours apart so the anti fungal doesn't off set the probiotics.

I'm curious why you take the ceftin and minocycline 2 hrs apart-was this recommended to you?

I see you take 3000 mg of vit c all at once-why not 1000 mg at breakfast and lunch and dinner? Same with magnesium and b vit -better to take with food and smaller amounts with each meal.

At supper you have ceftin and probiotics-you do need to have 2 hrs between abx and probiotics. I think niki may be mistaken about spacing 2 hrs between antifungals and probiotics-i think it's 2 hrs between abx and probiotics.

I was told to take nystatin an hour before or after meals.

Is there a reason you couldn't take ceftin and minocycline together at breakfast and again at supper and then take probiotics at lunch and bedtime?

Ibupropen, best with food, is hard on the stomach. Do you need that for pain?

Thanks!
I take the Ceftin with meals because that is what is recommended and I take the Mino 2 hours after meals because this should be taken on an empty stomach.

Also the Mino should not be taken with calcium and most vitamins so I try to take them around the mino.

And I know you should not take probiotics with abx but there is just not enough awake time to get this all in. HELP!!!!!!!! I think the probiotics at bedtime is a good idea I think I'll try that. Oh and I forgot I also take 2 nystatin at bedtime.

Am I canceling out some meds by how I am taking them??

And yes I take Ibuprofen for pain. I would not be able to function without it. My sed rate runs usually in the 80's so I have a lot inflammation. I try to take them at least with a glass of milk.

Any more suggestions?
