If I do have a parasytic cyst in my spleen, has anyone ever been diagnosed with a parsite and treated successfully? Thank you for any info you can give.

Hi Hope,

Yes to both questions. I used a tincture made from cloves, walnut hulls, and wormwood (artemesia) which kills all 3 life cycle stages of hundreds of different kinds of intestinal parasites. I couldn't believe what came out of me. I'll spare you the details.

The one I used from Now Foods isn't able to be ordered online (though is in stores and they'll tell you which ones on their website nowfoods.com) so I ordered some clarkia from . . . let me check . . .
http://www.drclarkia.com

I am tapping my fingers waiting for it to arrive. Also on the website are dosage instructions. It's really important to follow them, taking the week-long break.

How were you diagnosed with parasites? Stool specimen? Symptoms?

Alison,

How long had you been treated for Lyme before doing your parasite cleanse? I'd read about the specific one you mentioned but was hesitant to try it, because I'm very newly dx and only on abx 3 months.

Hi Andie,

I haven't begun any Lyme treatment yet because I am still as yet undiagnosed (although hopefully that will change).

Well, actually I have begun the anti-candida diet and herbal protocol for that, so that sort of counts.

I can tell you this parasite cleanse is very safe, but the die-off symptoms can cause herxing just like the abx, so be advised. DRAMATIC results.

I just got my bottle this morning and just as I read your post was drinking my first dose lol. So I'll maybe let you know how it goes. It's been a couple of years since the last parasite cleanse I did.

At first the hardest part was what came out of me was so shocking. Now that I've done it before, I am verrrrry anxious to get any and all little buggers out of my system.

Getting rid of parasites can only help your body in becoming more able to handle die-off from abx, etc. and Lyme disease. Many of the symptoms of parasitical infections are very similar to Lyme.

Alison,
Thanks for the post. Let me know how that herx from the detox goes.

I'm wary of herxing, because my first major herx (abx 28 days) landed me in the ER.
Second wasn't much better, I just panicked less.

I think it's GREAT that you're doing this now, before you start treatment. Depending on your results, maybe I'll push ahead with this.

Andie

I just had a belly ultra sound and cat scan and they found what they think is either an old hematoma OR a parasytic cyst in my spleen. I have googled it and it sounds like one type of parasite, usually from exotic travel, dydactic or something like that, can't remember at this point. Anyway, I will do an MRI and see if they can tell what it is, it isn't lymphoma, or so they say.
I was just so shocked, didn't know anything about parasytic cysts.
I was in a car accident when younger, perhaps it is an old hematoma.
As long as it isn't cancer, I can deal with it.
THanks for the advice!!!

Hey Andie,

Will do. Today is officially day 1 for me. I would also be wary if I had your scary herxing expereinces too! Ay carumba!

And I guess I'm glad I'm starting this before all the abx.

I want to take abx like I want a hole in the head.

A.

I did Paragone and it caused major GI distress. DOn't know if it killed any critters, but it was too hard on my GI system to continue.

Artemesin was no problem but didnt work as well for me as Mepron
