PLEASE let me know if you or anyone you know has this problem.
I have experienced it with Demerol, Verset, Morphine and a spinal tap. It just came to light that it is an IV problem recently.
1st I thought it was just the meds, but Demerol & Morphine IM work fine.
I just had a portacath implanted under IV meds...that did not work.
Is this a LYME SYMPTOM??? I also have POOR, POOR viens. Yes I think that is a lyme symptom. Thank you.

Hi,
I have heard that taking Vit C the day of other pain meds can be a problem. On another list, someone talks about being resistant during portacath insertion.
Since you too are from AZ, if you haven't already, check out http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/ArizonaLyme/messages or http://www.arizonalyme.org/
I think that is where I saw the conversation.
Cheers,
*Bit*
