Need info about any experiences with the pH GreenZone Drink Cocktail - which sounds very GROSS to me.

It is made by Nature's Sunshine and has been recommended that I take it for added energy.

I don't want to spend $30 on something I'm going to puke back up. (And HERE is where we need the puking gramelin! Would be excellent visual!)

OK - if you've tried it - PLEASE DO TELL!

Hey Doc,
I use a product called Greens RX from Hickey Chemist. It sounds similar. It is not the best tasting drink I ever had but it does give me energy and is really great for the immune system.
Blessings,

I have tried the green powder stuff from GNC. Sounds kinda like what you are talking about. It gives you your 6 fruits/veggies for the day. I read the ingredients and it has some good stuff in it.

As far as taste. GROSSSSSSSS!! We mix it with V8 and that isn't to bad. You just have to gulp it down fast and have a water chaser. It's not anything like a bloody mary with a beer chaser.

I think the benefits that it would provide for you would be worth the clothespin(for the nose).

Oh I almost forgot. I tried mixing it with water once. Big NO! NO!. I have a pretty strong stomach but.......

I used to take Barley Green for my IC. I never felt anything as far as energy...but it did help the ole bladder some.

I got to the point where I could no longer "stomach it." Now the thought of it gags me!

There are far better things for energy.
