I was wondering if anybody else feels extra-lousy when the barometer drops? I can usually count on it...and the low from Ophelia is passing us right now. Anyone know if that's related to a specific one these bugs we have? Thanks!

I have inherited cluster headaches that are affected by the barometric pressure. For me, anything under 28 or over 31.
If you want to track the pressure you will need a digital barometer. They are not cheap though, but more accurate than the standard.
Migraine sites seem to recomend the Weems & Plath Marine Digital Barometer.

OH MY GOD! Thank you someone. I want to cry...Ive been feeling better with energy, exercise, etc. and feel like relapse.
Should I expect this to be a reoccurring thing with seasonal, weather changes?
I'd broken the arch in my foot and told my husband this a.m. that it was killing me. I always feel it. But also I feel mentally/physically uncertain. I really don't like this part.

I get the very same thing! Any big changes in the weather and I flare like you would not believe!

It used to do that to me all the time. When the pressure would drop my joints would hurt more and I would get brain foggy and tired. I don't feel any effect anymore but for yearsI could predict the weather!! You are not alone!

Thanks for bringing this up. You've reminded me why I've been feeling so crappy lately. Another thing that happens with me ...... I can tell if a thunder/lightening storm is coming by my increased panic level.
