My son's LLMD put my son on Cedax after 6 months of zithro.
My son is 8 years old, has Lyme since birth, I passed to him either on utero or by breast milk. I didn't know I had Lyme back then. He was just dx with Lyme on April 05 and started treatment since then. So far he has only been on zithro and now he is going on cedax. My son and I have the same LLMD.
I would appreciate any input of your kid's experiences on cedax and what kind of supplements are they taking? Mine only takes probiotics and he will start juice plus gummies as soon as I get them.
THANK YOU, Lymster in WA

My daughter was taking 2 400 Mgof Cedax a day with 1000Mgof Biaxin. This worked for about a year and thenshe had a relapse. I really don't know of many that use the cedax.
She did not have any problems taking it, in factshe liked it better then the Ceftin.

My son took Zithro and Cedax together from Dr. J for about 18 months when he was an infant and a toddler. He got Lyme from me in utero or from breast milk.
He had no problems tolerating the meds and I didn't know about probiotics then, but I would recommend them now.
My son has been well and now he is eight.
I hope this works for your child also.
