Just wondering if any are taking Zithromax with Lexapro 10 or 20 MG? Or Zithromax with any SSRI??

I am trying to find out if the P 450 system increasesthe side effects and serum levels of the Lexapro. My daughter needs to start Zithromaxand she is downto 11.2 Mg of Lexapro.

I would hate for the Zithromax to increase the Lexapro blood levels since she is weaning off of this medication.

Is anyone succesfully taking Zithromax and Lexapro?? What dose Lexapro?
Any side effects that are noticible??
I called the makers of both drugs but they say no studies have been done for drug interactions between Zithromax and Lexapro.

So I am hoping to use Lyme Net for personal experiences. Thanks.

Aunty, don't know if this helps but my son did zith [IV]. He showed a rapid and noticeable improvement over rocephin in a matter of two weeks. We did not do lexapro.
