I can't find it anywhere, but I'm thinking my husband's symptoms are worse when he gets overheated. After mowing the yard on a hot day a couple of weeks ago, he honestly couldn't even tell the doctor at the ER his own birthday.
It just seems to me that his symptoms are worse then.

Many Lymies are heat-intolerant. One theory that I have seen bounced around, but can't speak to its veracity, is that extreme heat kills Bb so when we get hot, they start to kick up a fuss. I guess this might be described as herx.
