I started my new abx 9/29 and i started feeling worse on 10/2. Today 10/4 I'm hurting so bad it's not tollerable. Every spot in my body hurts!

I'm taking 1500 mg tetracycline and I weigh 200 lbs. My LLMD wanted me to start with 1500 mg for a couple of days and increase it to 2000 mg.

The way I am herxing on 1500 MG, I don;t think i could hanlde 2000 MG.

How long do the real bad days last. I can handle a herx, but this is insane.

Also, can a systemic yeast infection make you hurt this bad.

I'm in the tunnel and I still don't see any light!!

I was told to expect the herx to peak days 4-6 of abx. It started around day 3, and was definitely worse days 4-5, but kept going for almost 2 straight weeks. My herx wasn't severe pain, but was primarily ptosis, brain fog, and head pain/pressure.

Did you ever have a herx last for 2 weeks? I know I've read other posts here that have had them for that length of time. May this one be shorter, for you and for me.
