Has anyone ever heard of this combination of drugs?? I will start on IV Ro tommorow, then will start pulsing that 3 days a week, then doing the flagyl one week on and one week off, and the keflex everyday. Any thoughts on this protocol ??? Is it even safe to take this many antibiotics ?

That's a lot of heavy duty abx, but it's not that unusual. The pulsing makes it a little less drastic regime than some combos I've heard of.

Is it safe? Really depends on how your bod handles the abx -- I've done well on them in high doses and so have many others. Some folks have to go much more slowly and carefully with abx than other people do. Be sure to keep a really good daily log of your sx and don't ignore adverse reactions. Not everything is a herx (although the herx alone may make you feel pretty awful on this for a while).

You'll have to take incredibly good care of your liver and gall bladder. Milk Thistle plus, or Dr. Zhang's liver formula, plus the oil and lemon juice cleanses -- those, at least, are the ones I've used with success. I'm assuming your LLMD is having your liver enzymes tested monthly?

Major probiotics and saccharomyces boulardii.

And you'll probably need to detox in general to manage the herxes -- detox tea has worked well for me.

Good luck.
