Dont blame everything on lyme cuz it may be something else. I was miserable for weeks cuz I assumed.

This is a reminder that some things might have another cause. This was a "no threat" annoyance but some symptoms could really need serious medical help so dont assume its all lyme!

For many weeks I have been having the worse post nasal drip ever. I would have to spit at least every 10 minutes. Disgusting!

Of course I thought - just another lyme symptom. Been using my saline nasal wash regularly but this time I added baking soda to it cuz one receipe I found said add it and I figured I needed everything I could.

Once I fell asleep and first thing in the morning I had no problem. I finally put 2 & 2 together and figured out it was the new natural toothpaste that has bicarbonate of soda, and a zillion other ingredients in it that was causing the problem.

I stopped nasal wash, toothpaste and next morning used baking soda and peroxide and immidiately mucous was running down my throat like a faucet left open.

For 2 days I have used natural toothpaste with no bicarbonate of soda in it and am just fine.

I don't believe it! GEEZE...I've been doing the same and having the same problem (sinus pouring
-> frequent cough for me)!

No more baking soda daily toothbrushing for me!

God works in mysterious ways. Glad to read your post! Thanks!

I was blaming the air quality...red tide issues nearby.

And for some reason vitamin C (chewable, 250mg)helped a little...now it begins to make sense...
