I was recently at a support group meeting where Far Infrared Sauna Heat THerapy was mentioned. I was just curious if anyone has tried this in terms of helping to rid themselves of Lyme symptons. I've been sick for almost 4 years now and I'm ready to try anything new, but I'd rather get some feedback on this before I invest in a sauna.

I use my sauna about 3-5 times a week and do think it has the potential to help. I got mine from saunapeddler.com.
