Do you take these at the same time or space them apart? I was trying to space them apart but then I have a hard time putting enough time between the probiotics and the abx's and I think thats more important.

I was taking Mepron & Zith together but never really knew when to take the Art. Since I'm not really good at the 3 meal a day (1 meal a day consistency - dinner) this doesn't provide a good opportunity.

Any help?
Thanks
elle

The only thing I know about any of these is that Mepron has to be taken with food and Zith has to be taken on an empty stomach. Both lose about half their absorption (sp?) otherwise. I've been taking Z as soon as I get up and wait about an hour to eat then take the Mepron and the other handful os stuff. I take the other Mepron with supper and the second Z at bedtime.

I wait two hours between taking the abx and the probiotics -- the first with food, and the second on an empty stomach. Like you, Elle, I was basically a one-meal-a-day person. Now, I make it a point to eat something (even small portions) at least three times a day.

Take the abx with breakfast and with dinner.

I take the arteminisin with food, too. Probiotics, cats claw and bromelian on an empty stomach at least 90 minutes before or after food.

Sometimes just the sheer number of pills makes me nuts!

Mepron has to be taken with alot of food-
It looses much effect if taken with
only small amounts of food--

Im a one meal aday person too -
I take a couple of swiggs of
olive oil with each dose and
some other food

Greasy food seams to be best
like bacon- sauage ect.--Jay--

The above is not accuarate, you can, and should take Mepron and Zithromax together and with a high fat meal and a glass of water. Fat is essential for the absorption of mepron, and Zithromax will rip up your stomach if you take it without food. Eat the full meal, then take the pills afterwards with a full glass of water.

Space out the antibiotics from probiotics, yes, and do not take coq10 while you are taking Mepron, as they cancel each other out.

Good strong protocol you are on! [Smile]
