Hi, does any one know if you should limit the amount of probiotics you take while on antibiotics.?
I'm taking small amounts of three different types in the hope that I will be getting the correct strains to counteract the actions of the antibiotics I'm on, but I can't really find any definite guidelines on this, everything i've read says 'take good probiotics' but can you take too much?
Thanks for any advice on this.

If they are beneficial strains, I personally don't think you can take too much. The only thng that limits the amount I take is my wallet.
Honestly, your body needs as many as you can afford, particularly if you are on an aggressive abx therapy. Posts: 294 | From nevada | Registered: Sep 2005
