Hubby never knew about a tickbite and never got a rash so this is just a curiousity question. Hubby has tremors which are worse in the left arm and right leg which confounds most neurologists.
I have read on here from time to time that several of you have one-sided symptoms -- do you think that is the side of the body that had a tickbite?
"If you were bitten by a tick and knew where it bit you, is that side of your body more affected ???"

My bite was on the left side, and my first symptom was a swollen left knee. But after that I could see no correlation.

My bite was on the right side but most of my symptoms are worse on the left... Go figure...

My husband had 4 bites on the same day - two on his left arm and one at the side of each knee. Today, 16 months later, his worst pain is in his knees, but he also suffers from pain in both elbows. His least painful limb is his left arm - where he had the worst two bites with an EM both sides of his forearm. As the previous correspondent said - go figure!
I don't really think where you were bitten has any effect on your later symptoms.

My bite was right, back, side of my head. All of my symptoms are much worse on right. Also had Bell's Palsey on right. I am extremely one sided.
There is one exception ..... I had swollen lymphnodes that were removed and discovered to have non-caseating granuloma ..... which led to an incorrect dx of sarcoidosis....... I have tested positive for bartonella and that is also a sx of bart.
Anyway .......... the swollen lymph nodes were o the left. I always though that was kinda weird.

My tick bite was on the left, so was the initial rash, even the multiple bullseyes were alllll on the left side, and for the first 10 years, the symptoms remained mostly on THAT side.
Then they got worse and started moving around and now they are on the right side, which is opposite of what they used to be.
dont know why. Trails

Bea, Like Trails, my bite and rash were on my left side. All my symptoms, though, have been on my right -- arthritis, carpal tunnel, neuropathy, twitching.
