i just asked this quest in my other post but i wanted to bring attention to it. How do you know the difference? When my symptoms started i had just been on abx for a few months because of bronchitis....im just wondering now if i might only have yeast and not lyme. There is no doubt i am having a yeast flare up...my tongue is white..and burns/is sensitive. Im sure its from the milk i drank the other day... Im hoping someone can help with this question.
Thanks so much this board is a life saver!!!

I believe yeast is more sensitive to sugar. When I eat high sugar/carb, my yeast goes berserk. Try eating sugar and see what happens. If your symptoms worsen, it may be yeast.

it seems to only happen during this time of the month....its just so friggin odd. I dont know if i have lyme or yeast....the symptoms seem to overlap.

It's possible. There are tests for it, however unreliable they might be.
I would go on the candida diet and see how you feel.
Are you going to have Lyme testing soon? Sorry I don't remember where you are in the treatment process right now.

Im going to the LLMD on wed. Great yet another test that is unreliable....this whole experience has really opened my eyes. Is it a blood test for yeast? Do you know if the LLMD will know if it is yeast or lymes?
