I know quite a few of us are taking Klonopin.
I found out this weekend there is now a generic form. I don't know what the difference in price is, but it might make a difference for those who don't have drug coverage through their insurance.

I take it, it's called Clonazepam, and the price fluctuates, but it's cheap. I take 1.5 mg a day, (3 pills), and last months was only $7.00. Cheap! I get them to NOT put it thru my insurance, cuz the co-pay is 20 bucks!

Are any of you taking it to help with sleeping? I'm needing to find some alternatives to help with this as the things I've been using aren't very effective anymore.
Thanks for sharing your thoughts.. JavaBeing

I've been on Clonopin since 1984, which is around the year I contracted Lymes Disease. I took it for horrendous panic attacks. I used to feel as if I was dying! I would pace the room in a panic and shake my hands to ward off these horrible feelings. Of course I didn't know I had Lyme at the time, but I've taken it every night since and it helps me sleep. If I have a panic attack come on, I'll take 1/2 or 1 and the panic subsides very quickly. The generic is a lifesaver.
