Hey anyone,

When my son started feeling ill, he was put on digestive enzymes for his stomach problems. We had tried different kinds. Now we know he has Lymes and Bartonella. For the last 3 months he has been taking Garden of Life Omega-Zyme. Someone told us once that you should switch digestive enzyme every so often.... is there any truth to this? Wanted to know what you folks have been taking and if it helps. The Omega-Zyme seems to working well. Just don't want to undo a good thing. Appreciate your thoughts.

Im not sure about that. I take Jaro-dophalus and have been on it quite a while. I know they do help me. I am wondering though if they can cause an increase in gas?

I think Garden of Life products are the best. I take their Primal Defense which is a probiotic. I haven't even thought about taking the digestive enzyme from them though I do take them.

If it was me, I would stick to Garden of Life.

Scotts right, the Jarro-Dolphilus is a probiotic and the Omega-Zyme are digestive enzymes.
