Can you recommend a good brand name? My children are 3 and 2 so I need either a good tasting liquid or chewable. Anyone used the NSI brand on www.vitacost.com?
I know the ones you buy in the store like Flintstones aren't really that good and I want to get them started on a good vitamin. I have tried others, but they didn't like them.
I do feed them lots of fresh fruits and veggies, yogurt, their meats, dairy...try to limit the processed carbs, etc...and rarely junk food. So I know they get a pretty good diet...but I want to add to it since I know that vitamins start being depleted from foods the longer they sit in the produce section etc...
Any thoughts?
THanks, Terri

My kids use Kangavites-you can get them at the health food store and they really like the taste too. Most over the counter kids vits such as flintstones, centrum, etc contain all kinds of awful stuff including Aspartamie! Can you believe that??

I give my 3 year old son the liquid vitamin from Schiff called Children's Multivitamin Liquid. It is peach flavor, and is vegetarian formula. I just mix it in with his juice once a day and he knows no difference Was recommended by a pediatric nutrtionist. I get it at The Vitamin Shoppe.
