This question is for my wife and I would like the ladies here to coment. My wife's MDL WB test results came out negative early this year, but later Bowen result showed highest level (1:128) lyme infection with no co-infection. Also, few months ago her gsdl hair analysis report showed elevated level of Uranium and Tin. Her symptoms or problems include (last 3-5 years), having irreular/long/heavy periods, memory/concentration/focus related problems, brain fog, falling hair, muscle cramps & pain and sudden jerks while sleeping. I have been trying to make her understand that these all problems are definately related to lyme & heavy metals. But she doesnt seem to believe, instead her thinking is that problems especially irregular periods/spotting is tension/stress and hormone related (she gets easily tensed while studying or preparing for exams) or atleast for the last 10 months this has been related to contraceptive IUD/? device her gyn put in. Now, she just started using NDF Plus for heavy metal detox which I ordered. I am very concerned about her problems and especilly hair fall.
I would like to hear from ladies around here having similar problems of irregular/heavy periods and hair fall etc. that how did you overcome that problem, and is it hormone related ? any specific test to find out the cause of hair fall ? tomorrow we are going to see our doc should I ask him to order any specific blood test like thyroid or hormone panel etc ?? any input or ideas is appreciated. Thanks

The lyme goes after your thyroid. That is three tests:
TSH T3 T4 and you can be tested for hashimotoes antibodies.
To me it sounds lke your wife has babesia.
If you have the money call doc Hj in NYC.
she is very blessed to have someone looking out for her like you are.
God bless, Linda

It does sound like thyroid. I would have all your hormones checked out ASAP. It could be something like that. When fighting Lyme, our hormones get pulled out of whack.
