As I am reading here lot of post on detox patches and on detox etc., I was wondering if a person can use multiple detox protocols at the time I mean if I am using NDF (detox via urine) can I also use DETOX patches (detox via skin) and other supplements (detox via GI tract) at the same time like
-NAC + Glutathione
-MSM
-Cilantro
-Chlorella
-Wild bear garlic
-Omega 3 fish oil etc

plus epson salt baths ......??

would it help speed up the detox process ? or each thing would interfere with other ?
is anybody here on multiple detox protocols ?
Any idea ?

By the way anybody here tried Wild-Bear-Garlic (Arizona Natural) ??

I woudl think you would be fine with that protocol, just make sure you are drinking anough water and eating a balanced diet.

I agree with Wildcondor. Take a look at what I am taking on my Treatment page at the URL below. You'll find most of them and more...

The only caution is with heavy metals. You need to take care not to mobilize too many of them and have them deposit somewhere else. For heavy metals, I do recommend at least talking with your doctor and likely testing to see how bad you are as a starting point.
