I have seen pulsing mentioned many times, just what is that? I think I am confused in thinking that my twitching is also pulsing???

Also do any of you have popping bones when moving or using your limbs? Do you know what causes it?

Pulsing means that you don't take antibiotics every day. Instead you do something like 2 weeks on 2 weeks off, or 3 days on 4 days off, etc. There are numerous variations of time frames, but that is what it means.

The idea is to allow the Lyme to come out of the cyst form then hit it with ABX rather than continuously taking them and leaving it in a state where the ABX are essentially no longer making progress and you reach a stalemate.
