yes, i am now awake yet again...ugh. It feels like i have mucous in the back of my mouth/throat...yet i dont think it is there...it is just a feeling like it is? I am having the breathing problems too but feel very dry...mouth is super dry...cant get enough water. This doesnt help the breathing either... teeth feel filmy too... i have to think if something i ate the other day might have triggered this but...ive been sticking to the diet..

Im starting to wonder if maybe my probiotic isnt working and this maybe yeast....i just dont know.

When I get that mucous in the back of my throat its yeast.

What type of probiotic are you using and are you taking enough throughout the day?

I use Primal Defense and take 4 - 6 a day and it really helps the yeast.

I don't get the dry mouth but I'm sure someone will be able to help you.

how is your diet...it makes a HUGE difference. The probiotics alone will not get that under control. Believe me when I tell you that a couple of weeks of strict diet and then being the best you can after makes you feel like new again.

good luck.

the only thing i can think of that i ate....was salad dressing that i got from a pizza place near me. Ive been eating eggs, sweet potatoes, romaine lettuce....some veggie pasta not a lot though...and spinach. I had black beans and corn chips(healt food store chips...made with corn and lime) Would yeast cause my breathing problems....maybe its the sweet potatoes. Will try a veggie and egg only diet for a few days...this is just so frustrating.

For me, filmy teeth = yeast. Have you taken Diflucan?
