My blood pressure is all over the map. Could it be part of Lyme?

Me too. I've heard that neurally mediated hypotension could be caused by lyme, but not sure about hypertension. But I've seen high readings when I was calm, and low reading when I was stressed. As you say, all over the map....

Lyme can also cause problems with the adrenal glands, which influence blood pressure....

Yes, NMH (Neurally Mediated Hypotension) and blood pressure fluctuations are very common with neurological Lyme disease. If you do a search on NMH you will see many topics posted in the past on this subject.

Basically, the Lyme bacteria inflame the vagus nerve leading from the brain to the heart and disrupts the function. You need to be diagnosed via a Tilt Table Test (TTT) done by a Cardiologist. treatment is typically beta blockers, and florinef, high salt diet, avoiding prolonged standing, avoiding dairy, increased fluid intake and Lyme treatment!
