Does anyone have an ear that feels like it has water in it and the hearing is bad? My left ear does this. It comes and goes. Is this a typical lyme problem?

Yes, I had this sloshing sensation in one ear. Went away after more treatment for lyme/babesia. But the ringing in my ears has not gone away. Have also lost some degree of hearing, in the upper and lower tones. Not major.

I have the same problem. it follows the symptom flare up cycle. It does seem to get better with time. My condition has also fried my hearing and I use 2 hearing aids so this effect is above and beyond the bilateral hearing impairment that is now a persistent problem.

I have been noticing lately that I don't seem to be hearing well these days. I'm too young to have a hearing loss!! Reading this post makes me wonder if the lyme has affected my hearing too. I've been infected since 1985 and have been on IV rocephin and various orals since April. This is my 3rd time with IVS. Thanks for posting about the hearing. I also get some real pain around my ears-the outer part of my ear. Anyone else have that?
