OK OK OK-- the Fun in candida
is saying I Used to have it--

You Can get over it I have--

No Carb diet is Very Important-
If you have bad candida your
body is going to need help
to kill the yeast in
addition to diet--

There have been many asking
about Nystatin --
here is info from my experance--
I had candida about as bad
as it gets--

Nystatin is Very effective--
and is easy for most to tolerate-
It is not absorbed into the body-
so side effects are minimal-

I had zero bad side effects
except a bad herx when first
started nystatin--

If you have bad candida
you will herx for sure-
Lasted about 10 days for me-

Then I got Much Better fast

Nystatin comes in 4 forms--
Powder-pills-liquid-cream--

The powder and pill form
are the ones you want--

The Powder form is the
most effective by far-
10x more effective than
pill form--

Nystatin Powder Has to
be stored Cold--For Sure--

Here are 2 makers of powder
BRAND NAME(S): Bio-Statin, Nilstat--

go to Medicine.net search
Nystatin Powder

There are also generic makers--

Large chain pharmacy can order
for you--Revco-Walgreens ect.
Take print out of
Medicine.net page with you
to store or doctor-

The powder form usually has to be
ordered--most pharmacy dont
sell it very often---
So you have to Make Sure they
Know it has to be Refidgerated
when you order it--

The powder comes in a brown
glass jar about a pint in size--
The powder is yellow brown in
color and tastes like chicken--

A small plastic spoon will
be taped to the jar--
I think the spoon is 1/8 tsp.

Mix powder in 4 oz cool water
swish in mouth and swallow--

Mixture can also be used
on skin and Other places--
it dose not burn at all-

I have not done this but
I think mixture would also work
as nazzle spray for yeast in
air way --worth a try-

Nystatin Pills are effective-
Do not have to be kept cold
but its probially a good idea

Chew up pills or let dissovle
in mouth for best effect--
The idea is to kill the yeast
from the Top down--
Will turn your tongue
a cool yellow--
Spread pills threw day

The pills can also be disolved
in water for use on skin ect--

Even if you get the powder form
also get some pills for when
you are away from home--

Candida can and will spread
threw your body if given a chance-
I will write about dealing with
candida skin infection in
another post--Jay--

I'm taking liquid nystatin. Is that effective? I don't think I have real bad yeast-no real symptoms of anything bad.

Hi Angel

If you do not have candida bad-
the liquid should be fine--

I have not personaly taken it
but from what I have read it
is geared more for children
--sweet taste -easy to swallow-

Keep dose in mouth and swish
around for best effect--Jay--
