While in the process of my LD diagnosis, I also had a test (blood test I think) for candida. The test results came back with a high score, meaning I have a candida issue. However, this test was performed by another doctor, not my current LLMD.
Now I am thinking back to that test. Here I am, LD diagnosis, with a long term antibiotic course. And I am starting with a candida issue. Of course I will ask my doctor ;-), but... can or should I treat these at the same time? It doesn't seem logical that I can combat candida while on antibitocs - only try to keep it in check with good living and priobiotics - until the antibiotics are over? Or can I treat them at the same time?
Andy suggestions?

You should treat them both at the same time. I would talk with your doctor about Nystatin along with your ABX.
