I finished 8 weeks of IV Rocephin and Zithromax in January 2006. I will be tested again in mid February 2006 by IGeneX. The first WB IGg had 8 bands positive. The IGm was negative. Is it possible that I can be positive again. Some of my symptoms have not disappeared.

With Lyme, the IgG and IgM often come and go. It could be that the body begins to recognize the infection and creates mor IgM and then at other stages, does not. It seems to cycle and the standard theory of IgM being recent and IgG being old or longer-term infection does not really work in the world of Lyme Disease.
