For more than a year I've been seeing a wonderful internist who seems to know an amazing amount about Lyme. He had me on four or five months of oral antibiotics last spring, but as of today I reluctantly had a PICC line inserted per my doctor's suggestion. There seems to be an incredible lack of Lyme knowledgable docs in NY which surprises me due to the size of the population and being located in "Lyme country." I'm curious to know what doctors in New York City are Lyme knowledgable.

ya know... I would be much much obliged if people would pm me too with the names of Dr.s they consider to be the best LLMDs IN MANHATTAN.
I like my LLMD a lot but I have a hankering to get a second or 5th opinion about my case because it is sooooo longstanding and I am losing hope, and because there are sooo many different approaches out there.
