So I had a phone consult with my LLMD today.

Previously I had just been of Augmentin XR 2 pills every 12 hours... and my list of supplements included A-Mycelized, Abrotose, Betamax, CalcuimCitrate, Culturelle, Evening Primrose, Actifolate (folic acid), MagKAspatate, Omega 3 Fish Oil-OrthoMega, Multiscorb, MultiVM, NAC, Pyridoxal 5P, Thyslyn Pro(Milk Thristle), Zinc Picolinate, and Immune26 powder.

Wow! Okay so this month I just keep the same supplements and add Doxy and Diflucan for a month.

Any thoughts...I am just overloaded, this is all so new and I just want to get better!

Hi Kim

When taking doxi you have to
be careful about vitimns-minerals
dairy and citrus and cranbarries

Vitimins and minerals can bind
with the doxi and make it
almost useless--

Citrus and cranbarries can
cause-- Photo Toxic-- reaction
Google it-

I have writter extencivly about
my experances on doxi 2and 1/2 years--

Do a search on me--

Read any post that mintions
doxi in title ect--

For sure read my post titled-

Citrus and doxi equals pain--

If you read 15 or so of my
posts you will have a clear
picture of doxi--Jay--

HI Kim~

I'm from AZ too, and I think we've talked on the phone. [hi]

I have bought a pill holder, that has spaces for a week of pills, taken 4 times a day. So, it has 28 individual "cups" to hold the pills. That has been useful to me for organizational purposes!
