Hi all
Any tips on things that i can purchase to help with possible lyme or should i not take anything until positive diagnosis. My doc just laughs at the suggestion i have lyme saying its practically non existent in uk. I am trying to get in with a specialist here who has very long waiting list so any tips will be a big help.

Loads of similar symptoms to others and now my right leg aches and feels like it belongs to someone else.

Many Thanks
Karl UK

Read Dr. Burrascano's treatment guidelines http://www.ilads.org/files/burrascano_0905.pdf
Also, you could begin taking supplements (guidelines on this site.)

Is your appointment with a LLMD (Lyme Literate Medical Doctor)?

Cat's Claw may be helpful if you are having to wait a really lengthy time to see the doctor. This is where I have been getting it:

Some people use Samento. I don't think it's cured anyone yet, but you could probably boost your immune system with it.
