I got my test results back today it says the IgM was 1:20 Titer and my IgG was 1:160 Titer. What does that mean? I am totally clueless. Thanks for all the help.

Generally people think of IgM as current and IgG as past infection. With Lyme, that is not always the case. My LLMD treats co-infections based on IgG (and IgM if present).
